Saint Mary Campground

St. Mary Campground is located on the eastern border of Glacier National Park. It is one of the largest campgrounds in the park, and it is open year-round. St. Mary offers 3 different loops - Loop A (generator free) is great for tent campers and it is the most densely canopied loop, while Loop B and C feature the best views of Singleshot, East Flattop, and Red Eagle Mountains.

You can drive to the campground via Going-to-the-Sun Road.

Season

The campground is open year round, and reservations can be made on recreation.gov.

The campground features 148 sites, a disposal station, potable water, flush toilets, and showers (Loop C).

A Glacier Shuttle Stop is just south of the campground, near the visitor center.
