Refund policy
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for food products, nor do we offer exchanges of food products or gear products for different food or gear products.
In the event you have received a food product that does not meet your expectations and you are able to submit proof/description of a quality defect, our customer support team may be able to work with you to provide a replacement.
We accept returns of gear products only if the item(s) are returned in an un-used state in their original packaging, postmarked within 25 days of original purchase date. For gear that is returned within this time frame, unused, and in the original packaging we will issue full refunds. Refunds will go back on the original form of payment within 30 days after we receive the product.
