FREE GROUND SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $60
Orders that qualify for this free shipping offer can only be delivered to locations in the Continental United States. (Sorry, but this offer is not for recipients in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, U.S.V.I. etc.). The subtotal after discounts must be greater than $60 for this offer to be valid.
Free shipping promotions are valid on orders up to $280 (approx. shipping costs up to a $25 value), and only when the "Free 5 - 7 Day" shipping option is selected. Sorry, but orders with total value above $280 are not eligible for the free shipping offer. The free shipping promotion does apply to "sale" items, but sometimes cannot be combined with other discount codes, credits or promotions. 

Domestic Shipping to all 50 US states

At this time, we do not offer shipping to Canada or any other country outside of the US. We ship orders to all 50 US states, as well as US territories, via UPS or USPS. We select the carrier for combined optimization of cost and speed. Typically, smaller parcels will go out via USPS.

If your package has not arrived after 10 business days of receiving your order confirmation, please contact the carrier directly (either USPS or UPS) and have your tracking number ready.  You can find this in the confirmation email that we sent to you in the the email order confirmation.  If you cannot find the confirmation email or tracking number, please check your spam folder and then contact our customer support if needed.
